Log-in Required

To log in to the YMCA360 app and use it for check-ins and more, you must have a valid email address on file with us. If you do not, after March 10, 2025, you will no longer be able to access the app. Stop by the front desk or log in to our member portal to confirm we have your correct email.

 

How do I access YMCA360?
To log in smoothly, follow these steps:

  • Visit the Apple or Google Play store and download the YMCA360 app.
  • Enter your zip code.
  • Select your YMCA of Delaware branch.
  • Enter your email address (must match the one on file in our system).
  • Check your email for a 6-digit code.
  • Enter the code to access the app.

Who can use YMCA360?
YMCA360 is available exclusively to active YMCA members as part of their membership benefits. It will also include features like member check-in and branch schedules.

How do I log in ?
You’ll need to log in using the email address linked to your membership. If your email isn’t on file, you’ll need to update it to gain access.

What if I don’t know my login email or use a different one?
You must use the email address connected to your YMCA membership. To confirm or update your email, contact your local YMCA branch or check your member portal.

What if I change my email?
You’ll need to update your email in both YMCA360 and our system to maintain access.

Do I need to update my membership card in the app?
No, your information will transfer as long as you log in with the correct email.

Will my YMCA membership card still be in my Apple Wallet?
Yes! If you already have your membership card in your Apple Wallet, it won’t be affected.

Can I change my home branch in YMCA360?
Yes! You can select your preferred branch when you log in. If you want to change it later, log out and log back in, selecting your new branch. Note: This change only applies to the YMCA360 app and won’t affect your membership records or billing.

How do I log out of the YMCA360 app?
Go to the menu (three lines in the top right corner), click “Profile,” scroll down, and select “Log Out.”

What if my membership is on hold? Can I still use the app?
No. Members on hold will not have access to YMCA360.

What if I have a payment issue (NSF – Non-Sufficient Funds)?
Only members in good financial standing will have access to YMCA360.

Why is YMCA360 asking for a six-digit code?
The first time you log in on a new device, you’ll receive a six-digit code via email to verify your identity. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the code and enter it to complete the login process.

Will I need to enter the six-digit code every time I open the app?
No, you’ll only need to enter the code when logging in on a new device or after an app update.

Is the DAXKO app still available?
No, the DAXKO app will be retired on March 17, 2025. Until then, you’ll see messages in the DAXKO app directing you to YMCA360.

Can multiple family members log in with the same email?
Yes! If you have a family membership, all barcodes will appear in the app under the same login.

What should I do if I have trouble logging in, forget my email, or don’t receive the six-digit code?
If you’re having trouble, our team is happy to help. If you still experience issues, you or a YMCA staff member can contact [email protected] for further assistance.

Is YMCA360 available on iOS and Android? Are there system requirements?
Yes! The YMCA360 app is available for both iOS and Android. For the best experience, keep your device updated with the latest software.

How do I find the app on my TV?
Search for YMCA360 in the app store and look for a blue and purple logo with YMCA360 in the center of three overlapping rings.
