There’s no better way to celebrate the Fall than at the Pumpkin Dash 5K, a FUN event for the whole family! The 5K is perfect for everyone, whether you’re an avid runner aiming for a personal best or prefer to take a leisurely walk and enjoy the autumn scenery. Participants can choose to run the entire course or walk at their own pace, making this event accessible to all fitness levels.

• 9:45 am – FREE Kids Race for ages 8 years old and under – Registration not required
• 10 am – 5K Race start
• 12 pm – Awards

Each year, more than $1Million in financial assistance is provided to individuals, families and adults throughout Bear-Glasgow, giving everyone access to a YMCA members and essential programs like summer day camp, Before & After School Care, Swim Lessons, and more.
