The Sussex Family YMCA invites you to our Social Club gathering to discuss topics important to our members!

This will be a BINGO workshop. Play while you learn!

At each social, we will offer coffee, tea, and snacks.

This social’s topic: Heart Health

The La Red mobile health unit will also be on site from 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. to serve our members. Services include Blood Pressure Screenings, Blood Sugar Screenings, Physicals, Acute Sick Visits, and COVID Testing. You do not need to be a current La Red patient to be seen. The La Red team, including a nurse practitioner, RN, and patient service representative, can assist patients in English, Spanish, and Haitian Creole. Please bring your health insurance card.
