Wilmington, Delaware – In celebration of Healthy Aging Month this September, the YMCA of Delaware is extending a special invitation to adults ages 55 and older. From September 23-29, 2024, seniors can enjoy free access to any YMCA location across the state as part of the YMCA’s commitment to supporting healthy living and community well-being.

We’re excited to welcome Active Older Adults at the end of September as we continue our commitment to supporting the health and wellness of every person in our community.”

In addition, YMCA of Delaware locations will hold special events:

The YMCA believes that healthy lifestyles are achieved through nurturing mind, body, and spirit; well-being and fitness at the Y are more than just working out.
