September 23-29 adults aged 55+ can try any YMCA of Delaware location for free.
Dover, Delaware – In celebration of Healthy Aging Month this September, the YMCA of Delaware is extending a special invitation to adults ages 55 and older. From September 23-29, 2024, seniors can enjoy free access to any YMCA location across the state as part of the YMCA’s commitment to supporting healthy living and community well-being.
Throughout the week, older adults can explore the wide variety of programs the YMCA offers, including fitness classes, wellness programs, and community-building activities, all designed to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being. No registration is required – simply stop by, present a valid ID, and start your wellness journey.
In addition, the Dover and Sussex Family YMCAs will hold special Healthy Aging Day events:
